47 PALACE COURT
Step into a chapter of London’s rich history at 47 Palace Court, a Queen Anne revival style building nestled in the heart of Bayswater, W2. Designed by the esteemed English architect Leonard Aloysius Scott Stokes in 1889, this Grade II listed property was once home to the poetess and essayist Alice Meynell, honored with a blue plaque in 1948 for her residency. FNFC Architects are now transforming this historic edifice, originally constructed for Wilfrid and Alice Thompson Meynell, into an epitome of modern luxury. A former religious structure, 47 Palace Court is being meticulously converted into four exclusive flats, where tradition meets contemporary living.
Our design philosophy respects the architectural heritage of the building while reimagining its spaces for today's discerning residents. Each apartment is a blend of opulence and comfort, preserving the grandeur and intricate details of the 19th century while integrating the necessities of 21st-century living. From the majestic façade to the carefully restored interiors, 47 Palace Court offers a unique living experience, where every detail tells a story.
