PIEVE DEL PINO SPA

We've been invited to develop a feasibility study for a 100000 Sqft Spa in Bologna (Italy) comprising hotel accommodations, restaurants and a theatre. The site is part of the  historic route that connects Bologna to Florence "Via degli Dei" the historical centres of Bologna and Florence are connected by an ancient path crossing all the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines as well as retracing parts of the ancient Flaminia Military Roman Road.
